      Pros

      I could go on forever about the technical chops I've developed due to the never-ending assembly line of new products to learn, but what keeps me excited to be a part of team F5 is the people. From the CEO to the receptionists, everyone has a great attitude and it's a welcome change from earlier environments to work with incredibly smart yet humble and helpful coworkers. Salary/benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is just the growing pains of scaling from a small to a large company.

      Greate company to work for

      Pros

      Good managers and coworkers. Friendly culture within the company that encourages people to work with each other instead of competing against each other. Good product and technology in the ADC product space. Flexible working schedule and reasonable work load suitable for many middle age tech workers. Turn over ratio relatively low among high tech companies.

      Cons

      Multiple teams across different geographical locations make it harder to management (F5 is still a medium size development house). Different teams working on a single product (BIG/IP) make it harder and harder to manage.

      Pros

      Amazing group of people to work with. Teammates are cooperative rather than competitive. The business is growing quickly and while it has the normal growing pains leadership is aware and focused on ensuring success.

      Cons

      Complex and wide range of products can be confusing for new employees. Some teams are under resourced and need to grow talent at mid level management.
