Business Outlook
Pros
Good company that has grown well over past years. Many talented people that are great to work with. Decent/Competitive compensation. The company reward top performer well and provide good career growth opportunities.
Cons
Work/life balance varies depending on the organization and location. Many good talented people left F5. The company is much agile years ago and it's becoming much heavier now. This is not uncommon for a company growing rapidly. However, it is yet to be seen how the company maintain/evolve the culture and keep a good balance between heavy/inefficient process and agility (for both internal and customer challenges). Overall, F5 is still one of the best networking company in my opinion.
