      Pros

      F5 has some of the best people you will ever work with. They also have done a gr eat job on providing good benefits and compensation. Most departments do a great job of hiring good people that work well with others.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours are crazy long... and this is happening more and more. We tend to act like a startup, which makes the culture fun, but makes it hard to do business in a company of over 4000 people.

      Pros

      Very laid back environment, upper level management is easily accessible, Beer Friday!!! Feel very valued and honored to be an F5 employee.

      Cons

      There is a slight air of passive aggressiveness within the sales teams and if you're a direct communicator it can come across as aggressive (passive aggressive people HATE direct communication).

      Pros

      Only been working for a few months but its simply an amazing place to work at. People are immensely helpful as it takes time to learn their product. Co-workers are great and managers give you a sense of direction as to where they want you to be heading. On top of that, having Beer Fridays and occasional free food every other week just tops off the incredible work atmosphere that I love working in. Great compensation package and benefits as well

      I really can't think of any.
