1. Company-wide culture is great, BeF5 values are frequently recognized. 2. Good amount of experts in a team/cross-team, very friendly and professional. 3. Wellness weekend with a Friday and a Monday off every quarter.

Cons

1. No breakfast incentives, lunch is provided by a vendor but not that great. 2. Too many cycles of layoffs have created an insecure environment for employees. 3. No hikes for existing employees due to budget cuts.
