Indian Management is the worst, Management doesn't know how to design products, understand customer requirements, ... Worst Management. Life is stressful, Don't find value to work.

It felt like nearly everyone cared about their coworkers, from the CEO on down.

Cons

The executive board and shareholders rule. When ROI isn't high, the company took what felt like a knee-jerk reaction and laid off a lot of good people.
