1) You get to work on their flagship product Big-IP. And not just maintenance or support. Full fledged development 2) Salary is on par with other product based companies 3) You'll feel that you're actually contributing to something. F5's product Big-IP is used all over the world for load balancing and protection against hackers. F5 is also into VPN business which boomed because of pandemic. 4) F5's moving aggressively forward. They've acquired NGINX and Shape both of which were big names in tech 5) Management respects its employees. The work culture is awesome. Proper AGILE is followed which makes sure developers are not over burdened. If there are any grievances it is taken care in Inspect and Adapt sessions. 6) I never faced any issue with HR, so I'll say they're doing a great job
