Highly skilled peers, excellent training options, great people. Average to above average pay and bonuses.
Cons
Massive influx of middle and high level management has made the company feel extraordinarily top-heavy. Many policy, culture and benefit changes have been announced in the last 6-12 months. At this time, it has been made obvious that ONLY the investors matter in the long run at the expense of customers and employees. Quality of product releases have dropped drastically.
