Pros

Global company, great benefits and commission schemes. Excellent rewards for over-achievement. The leaders have amazing thought leadership and uphold the company values to the letter.

Cons

I can't really say that there are cons to working @ F5. The company is run by outstanding leaders and really do take care of their staff. It becomes the centre of attention quite often which I suppose could put it in a bad light, so there is that. Perhaps a good and bad thing is that there is a massive development team so more often than not F5 will develop new technologies in-house instead of maybe buying a leader in that space.

Cons

career path is not clear, and the standard for promotion is not even across the entire organization. Pay is market level but do not expect top tier one especially when the stock price flat lined
