Pros

The company is great, they are good to their employees. The benefits are really good and bonuses and commissions were great as well especially on my team. Beer Fridays were fun and there was always entertainment and events going on in the summer time.

Cons

Dysfunctional teams that were constantly undermanned and forced to get more and more revenue without more support.

Pros

There are many potential groups to work in here for a technically skilled person. It's not like you are locked into a particular job, so there is a lot to do for someone new to the industry.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly and it is straining the space available in Seattle and San Jose to the point where employees are getting less space. They're being moved around. It's not a huge deal, but it's noteworthy.

Pros

I had one of the most profesional people next to me. I was sorry to leave my amazing team

Cons

management didn't have a specific path where the company is headed. they were split among them which path to choose, it made things very difficult to manage.
