      Pros

      F5 takes good care of its employees. Our benefits package is absolutely stellar (better than Microsoft's has ever been, especially our health insurance). Pay is comparable to other tech companies in the area. The company culture is healthy, and the employees are all wonderful people. I'm approaching my 5 year anniversary at the company, and I'm very happy here.

      Cons

      My team specifically has had some management woes (several people in our management chain retired or left to work for non-profits in the span of 3 months) which were largely beyond the companies control, but we recently got things back in order and I'm happy with my team's new management.

      Pros

      The company has great benefits. They provide good training. They do alot for the community. I worked with some really top notch engineers.

      Cons

      NSE job is a grind due to the immense work load especially through the retail holiday season. The software was getting so buggy that customer sat was dropping. The documentation is way behind and not clear to customers.

      F5 offers great benefits, higher than industry-standard pay and excellent perks (stock options, bonuses and beer friday)

      Cons

      Over the last 6 months, the company has it's soul. Employees have become numbers and are not valued by management any longer. Work/life balance has gone out the window and the unique (and desirable) culture of this once fantastic company is crumbling. The employees are feeling the pains of huge changes and sudden growth.
