      Pros

      Good managers and coworkers. Friendly culture within the company that encourages people to work with each other instead of competing against each other. Good product and technology in the ADC product space. Flexible working schedule and reasonable work load suitable for many middle age tech workers. Turn over ratio relatively low among high tech companies.

      Cons

      Multiple teams across different geographical locations make it harder to management (F5 is still a medium size development house). Different teams working on a single product (BIG/IP) make it harder and harder to manage.

      Cons

      The company is still growing so you tend to wear a lot of hats and the processes and systems in place are heavily administrative. Management is looking in to obtaining new ones but seems like it takes time. The company still acts rather conservatively which helps with it's steady growth but can be frustrating. Work loads fluxuate quite rapidly where sometimes it's managable and other times you feel totally overwhelmed.

      Pros

      A fast growing company which is very successful in the networking industry. F5 is evolving fast and will continue to go from strength to strength. If you want to work for a company that has a strong vision, determination and direction and successfully competes with other networking giants then work for F5. The culture of the company is very calm, supportive and mature with excellent senior leadership.

      Cons

      You need a positive, proactive and mature attitude to succeed in this company.
