      - Really know how to take care of employees. Certainly, when I was there it was a great place - understand that there has been a huge amount of change though

      Cons

      Some of the senior management were a but brutal during QBR time.

      Pros

      Competative salary, flexibility, and acheivable goals. Great co-workers and management overall. Everyone helps everyone attitude.

      Cons

      Hard to advance to new positions. Very quarter driven. Vacation system is basically a mess which means you never know how many days left you have.

      Every now and then your into someone who needs special handling. And help you how you manage it. Impact empowered the product planning and design.
