Pros
atmosphere is great; hires the best talent available anywhere in the world; team dynamics are great and important to the company; product is market leading and well recognized; customers are happy with the product; people who stay with the company are zealots... stay here 12 months and you're an advocate
Cons
customer support hinders sales; sometimes working remote all the time can be challenging to learn new products or minor changes in focus; promotion within is challenging, likely the largest frustration for field staff; company is 24/7 and travel is required - although that's explained coming in, most people don't realize it... likely the biggest reason for someone leaving within a year
