- Environment at Singapore office is very supportive and conducive to growth of technical Support Engineer - All Global Support Managers are top notch and supports the engineer to the best. - Due to vast portfolio lot of opportunities to learn from L1 to L7 - Device is very stable.

Cons

- Pathetic Software Installation. I will leave this company because of repetitive cases that one get on daily basis. - Partners have poor knowledge of the product so the quality of cases are poor, End customer are not able to leverage the product to the best of product capacity and efforts put in by PD.

The leadership has lost sight of where to go and how to lead. The new CEO is trying, but fighting against entrenched old guard who "know how it should be".
