Pros

Decent benefits, flexibility, lucrative industry and depending on the team you are on a handful of good co-workers.

Cons

This company was decent but has taken a turn for the worse in the last couple of months. They are not worried about the reason for high turnover, or holding the management / C-Suite team accountable for why anyone leaves whether you’re in the field or at the corporate level. They operate on the mindset “as long as the role gets filled in a timely manner”. Feedback is given but falls on deaf ears. If you’re not at the C-Suite level or in the selected circle good luck having your opinion valued or making a decent salary. Merits are given and if you’re lucky and get the full 3% it will raise your paycheck $20-30/ monthly. Overall don’t waste your time if you are wanting to make an impact at a company or feel valued. If you want to blend in as a wallflower you’ll do great!

Pros

Nothing positive about the company, but the industry is great; lots of job security in the industry.

Cons

Management is horrible, upper management is even worse. HR is the worst that I have ever seen at any company; the employees do not matter at this company. Operations team does not care about driver safety, only wants to show face. Promised new equipment(which is also in the County contract) but upper management trades new truck for older trucks from other locations in order to avoid spending money. No room for advancement unless you stay on your knees.
