Good group of employees in The Woodlands who work well together. OK pay and good benefits.

Cons

The office is still open during Covid-19. There are literally only 3-4 other companies open in the entire building. Loose mask policy and managers will walk around without them. Unknown visitors, lots of travel and managers pack into the conference room for meetings. I would be less nervous if I didn't have a high risk family.

Great team, great support, work-life balance, very close commute, and less traffic

Cons

Decent pay. I have not experienced any cons. Rarity after 18 years of working in my short life. Full support, great team, the working environment is great, work-life balance is the best benefit/ perk, and the dental and vision are great! I have my own personal medical.
