Steady paycheck. Great benefits and coworkers.

Cons

Management runs site with bullying and intimidation.Entire team has been spoken to abusively in front of others or received nasty emails or calls placing blame for managements own decisions.Decisions are made like the wind with little thought to how it hurts peoples lives. Constant revolving door of recyclings top professionals.Could be great if bad management was cleared out.HR has little power because when you are from Spain you can get away with anything!

Great team, great support, work-life balance, very close commute, and less traffic

Cons

Decent pay. I have not experienced any cons. Rarity after 18 years of working in my short life. Full support, great team, the working environment is great, work-life balance is the best benefit/ perk, and the dental and vision are great! I have my own personal medical.

poor management structure. there are far too many managers who's job seems to be to manage other managers.
