      Pros

      Health insurance, paid holidays ($100/day), not much at all.

      Cons

      Salary decreased from $70K to $43K after 27 yrs of service. Depleted my 401K to manage living cost. When that ran out, I lost my home because I could no longer afford it. Commission drivers salary based $5/stop and .05 cents/gallon for used oil. Automated hand-helds do not record all stops. Payroll 3 weeks behind.

      Pros

      Paid holidays, sick days, vacation, average health insurance. Your job is secure if you show up each day and do just enough to avoid getting terminated.

      Cons

      Below industry standard pay, minimal chance for advancement, expected to carry non professional co-workers, disorganized. Numerous owners (7+) and the instability that comes with being sold several times, it seems like they buy the company to bleed it down then dump it when the money gets tight from bad leadership.

      Decent benefits; working hours flexibility (in sales position); vast geographic coverage; lots of different services to sell; good people on the frontlines

      Cons

      Below standard approach to safety reflected in ratings which will cause loss of large clients as well as continuing injuries to workers, managers are the self-proclaimed "smartest guys in the room" who are having their butts handed to them in the marketplace, stupid implimentation approach to new computer system has left them unable to bill/pay customers and employees
