Head of department really cares and listens, fully understands the pressures and pinch points. Actively encourages you to speak up when you’re over pressures and actively monitors workload

Cons

Instructions come from the business, and often not with enough time. Working in educating them to ensure time pressures are minimised. Often many things are exceedingly urgent
