Its a paycheck but don't expect much

Cons

HR will complain over offers being above the minimum pay no matter the amount of experience the candidate has. Don't expect much pay wise, unless you are friends with upper management.

There isn’t any pros anymore now that there's a whole new HR which is all Spanish people

Cons

Management will threaten you if you don’t help on other routes even though you always help. They don’t care about fmsca rules as long as their routes get picked up. IF YOURE NOT HISPANIC DONT BOTHER MOST RACIST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR
