They talk about Diversity and it's all BS
Pros
Decent medical insurance, free financial advocate, Generous PTO. On your first year you get 2 weeks Vacation plus 1 week of "I want more time" take it or lose it PTO. On your 2nd year you get 3 weeks of Vacation plus 1 week IWMT
Cons
My Team leader is the least helpful in the team and is not a team player, only sees the bad in you and would not even show appreciation to the team for doing a good job. At one point I talked to the TL about the TL's performance in the team and the TL gave me the silent treatment for months and was giving everyone an attitude which caused so much tension in the team for months. Suffice it to say that they promote people to management position even if they do not posses leadership skills or even just good people skills. The company is so proud about their new so called "Diversity program" and yet the first people they laid off during the pandemic are the most diverse hard-working members in the team and kept the white, privileged, never-had-a-hard life people in the team. Expensive Insurance, bad management, it's all about making the clients happy and not their people, their company philosophy is BS
