      Pros

      I have worked with FCm in the past for almost 5 years.... If you want to learn business travel management, this is the best place to start from... Management is excellent....continues learning while at work by trail and error.... .You will survive anywhere in corporate travel if you have worked at least for 2 years in fcm. Great place to work... enjoy :-)

      there arent much.. HR co-ordination can be improved

      here was a good staff, and the manager was real nice and easy to work for.

      Cons

      nobody got more than a few days a week, so getting hours were hard to come by.

      Opportunity for growth is good. Leaders in the company are down to earth. Company is growing.

      Cons

      Below average salary, no raises, expense policy, room sharing when you travel and minimal time off.
