      Good Working Culture,Client and booking platform.

      Cons

      Management is very bad of Pune office they keep staff shuffling here and there beyond the stretch of the employee home then don't care of their staff in any terms and they are very rude in behavior they treat employees as their slaves.Incentive is just for name sake.So guys before want to join Fcm Pune office.Please refer to above cons.

      Great Learning experience and very interesting environment .A great place to get better understanding of the retail strategy with personal experience.

      Cons

      I cant think of right now as these 5 years were the best . Want a change to grow on other areas of interest
