Indians are the majority staff, they talk in Hindi and expect you to understand what they say, typical Indian ways of talking and poor decision making strategies. Corporate clients are being handled in retail processes, Excessive work and no work life balance for after hours teams. Too many meetings and no productive discussion no matter what is proposed to improve work. Feels like manual labour since all ticket issuances and reporting are done manually.

They think they are the best but higher management have big egos depending on which account you are on some people are on much more than someone else who has been there longer They think the salary is amazing but it is average and NEVER any pay rise even though the cost of living is going up exponentially Higher Management don't care about the people and think only they are important
