They treat people like commodities. There's nothing like corporate here heavy work flow and less people who are actually working on the project. It sometimes makes you feel like a sheep. You work very hard and they will make you feel like that's not enough.So even when you are productive but you need to prove that. You need to manually make a sheet to make your productivity count and if you fail to do so, you're not working in their eyes at all. You have to work overtime without a choice.
