Pros

You get to work for the biggest corporations in your city.

Cons

... however, those corporations treat you like a slave since you are the "third party". Pay: no pay for overtime, no pay increase after the probation period, a salary increase of approximately $70/month after a year in the company, no transportation reimbursement or ANY kind of reimbursement (and you have to travel to different companies A LOT). There is no work-life balance here. The usual working day in a busy season is 12 hours with no compensation. Management does not provide enough personnel for each company (so they can save some money) and that leads to an enormous amount of work. For example, they had to provide 5 travel agents by the contract but in fact, there were only 2-3.
