Set up in a industrial location (not suited for a quant profile kind of profiles). People start asking you if you are working for a call center :(. Bad cafeteria facility, with monotonous food. Very poor in terms of review & appraisal. You have to nag them even to have the process on time!!. No professionalism at all. Pay hikes are minimal (less than the government jobs). Many who have joined with me or later, have left the jobs. Money-wise not the place to look forward to. They are trying to recruit the best candidate (from premier institutes like IIT) for the lowest compensation.

they did not need real recruiter, they need only tele caller for just for calling the candidate . simply wasting time ,and also they recruiting process is that a recruiter will not put any search string on any portals ,only manager or SDM can put search and then recruiter only need to call to every profile.waht is this yaar ????
