1. Lack of work culture. You'll get to know about the meaning of the word "compliance", once you join. 2. Poor senior management 3. IIT/NIT graduates are any intelligent graduate from any university thriving to learn are not advised to join. 3. Lack of vision 4. Alphacrest share little or no knowledge with FCS 5. Other companies train to contribute better.

Pros

On time salary, festival celebrations, there are some good talents, lunch is severed at a low cost and that too unlimited.

Cons

No growth, excessive politics, no leaves are given even if some one dies in family, salary growth is very dissatisfying
