-Management doesn't act on feedback or issues. There's this one girl who yaps for like hours a day and she gets away with it because she's a favorite. They just sent out a general email saying "watch the time u talk on the floor", maybe actually confront the person who's been doing this for months??
-Micromanagement is a major issue. Instead of actual management engaging with employees, they rely heavily on tracking software to micromanage every move. It creates a very toxic and stressful work environment.
-Its corporate "yes man" culture. Just go along with the crowd, don't expect any changes or real growth.
-The company is extremely resistant to change, even when improvements are clearly needed.
-I’ve brought up concerns around pay and lack of value many times, but nothing ever comes of it. Raises are not performance-based, and there’s no incentive to go above and beyond. They only do raises when required (minimum wage going up)
-There’s no clear path for advancement or professional development. If you're ambitious or looking to grow your career, this isn’t the place for you.
-3 days required in office heavily pushed by upper management. Because "work culture" when we literally just sit in cubicles and maybe get a pizza party or sandwiches once every 3 months lol
-CEO is pro Donald Trump, yikes
