      Pros

      The corporate office is very nice and close to highway. It has a gym and shower for employees to access. Most people tends to get along with each other.

      Cons

      The majority of the management team hasn't changed drastically since the early 2000s which means there are not a lot of opportunities to move up the corporate ladder. Also, the company as a whole doesn't seem to understand how the market is changing and revolving in the past 15 years. They are still banking on its bread & butter solution (title insurance, refinance program). A lot of department heads and/or team leads have been with the company for over 10 years, they do not have incentive to improve the internal processes but decided to better to keep the status quo.
