      Terrible management, terrible team environment

      aside from experience talking to clients, none.

      Cons

      management is just terrible. no direction or training to new employees, no guidance when needed, offloading someone else's work onto you and don't listen to you when you say no or voice an opinion. honestly, the job is not worth it. you're paid lower than the market's base for the role and the management just makes it even harder to stay. if you're offered a job here, run, you and your mental health deserve a better and more respectful job than this.

      Amazing place to work and grow

      Pros

      FCT has amazing work conditions and good work life balance. The work culture there is probably one of the reasons FCT wins top 50 workplaces in Canada almost every year. The way your are treated by superiors is great, could’nt complain. The Title Officer position would be great for anyone who don’t posess any particular education, or just love customer service and want to grow within the company with a decent starting salary starting off as a Title Officer.

      Cons

      Customer service can get a bit intense sometimes, but it is manageable and get’s better with time.

      Was good but is moving backward

      Good benefits and bonus Manager/director excellent person Some great people

      Cons

      - Back to office MANDATORY 4 days per week no matter the precedence you were hired under, or any arrangements before - Management digging their heels in, and mandating with very few answers - Slow to move on opportunities - Poor cloud infra for working together
