Pros

Lots of opportunity to work in cross-functional teams and to bring ideas forward to leadership to drive change and innovation. The culture is very open to thinking differently about the business.

Cons

They have a lot of people in senior roles who don't know what they are doing. They need to bring in some new people, fresh talent to drive new strategies forward.

Health benefits and co-workers (having a sense of being part of a team).

Cons

Compensation, hours of work, unreasonable work volumes and monthly parking is quite pricey (no company parking).
