The training is mostly self taught Some of the trainers don't know one end of a spreadsheet from the other Some senior managers treat Mounties like children. One member of staff is renowned for sacking Mounties for no reason. Say one thing to your face, another behind your back. Communication between sales and Mounties is shocking. Job descriptions you are sent are vague. Sales staff are slow to give feedback post interview and don't tell you results of interviews unless pushed. Salary is not location adjusted. London is expensive. Fact. Will send you for interviews you are not qualified or trained for. Happy to kick you out if you slip up at all which for a people centric company is laughable.

Unpaid training period is one, especially if you don't get signed off right away. FDM market themselves as a clear cut solution, once you join that's it your certain to get a job. This is not the case. You still have to work hard and you are still competing against other trainees for jobs. Do not expect everything to be handed to you on a silver platter.
