      • Work with high profile clients • Decent support provided as a consultant • Some relevant training and certifications

      Cons

      • Very poor compensation - no bonuses and little benefits. • Not all training is applicable to your role. Sometimes the client only requires you to do mostly admin related tasks. • There’s very little transparency in terms of how you’re performing- no consultant performance feedback.
