Good to get your foot in door, and teach people without a technical background.

Cons

Even if you have e a technical background they still require you to work for them for 2 years before you can go permanent with client. And the amount of money the client pays FDM for your service is about 3 times more then you get paid by FDM so does feel like I am being scammed a bit but I like the client and will keep the contract to make sure I do not fall into the non compete clause.
