      Pros

      There are lots of fake reviews here already. I don't want to make up something that is untrue.

      Cons

      - Very limited roles/ opportunities in a consultancy - Account managers will force you to accept icky roles which could be 100% unrelated to your stream, you will be in trouble if you don't accept - Unpleasant working environment: Constant gaslighting and PUA by account managers, HR and trainers - No bonus and required consultants to work overtime, no real ALs - Fresh grads are likely to be discriminated these days, no longer a good starting point - Bullying is commonplace and part of their business model

      Good for entry level candidates from different streams than IT.

      Cons

      2 years contract. Minimum wage until you get a client and when you get a client you have to be on a 2 year contract, with a pay of 45k
