      Good entry into IT jobs

      - Training provided - Once training path is completed relatively "easy" access into IT world with big players

      Cons

      - training seems a bit rushed, at least in the working from home, due to the fact that less time is spent with peers on campus which covers the knowledge gaps - resulting lower pay than usually when in placement (due to training provided) - Contractual bonding with obligation to pay back (partial) training costs, based on duration of placement

      Training is not awful, but is available elsewhere without needing to sell your soul

      Cons

      A bunch of slimy scam artists. Pay for consultants is convoluted and structured to ensure you don't get paid the full salary and don't get the full raise they promised. Here is the structure - You get paid out an hourly rate plus a daily bonus. FDM only pays the daily bonus component on full days worked, so for example if you work a half-day on Friday and half day on Saturday, no bonus. If you take PTO, no Bonus. To top it off, the raise they promise you in the second year is just an increase to the daily bonus. Just another way to FDM has used the bonus to not pay employees what they deserve.
