Pros

Recognized brand, very very interesting work

Cons

The executive team needs to be replaced to balance out the demographics. The NYC Fire Department should resemble the residents of NYC (Blacks, Hispanics, Asians) and it does not. Still many Whites who feel entitled and department is still riddled with racism. Most White fire department employees commute from outside of the city and treat the residents poorly. Hopefully, the incoming mayor can really clean house.
