Thank you for taking the time to offer up your comments. We do enjoy the people that work for us here. Having nice people creates a congenial workplace. We annually have merit increases and salary adjustments based on each individuals performance for the past year. Both are prorated based on when you start in the first year. Appreciate your comments.
