Pros

None any more due to history

Cons

12 yearrs of successful career with always positive reviews and feedback from clients and Management. 6 Months of a "new" Department head, and forced out. Extremeley stressful, no consideration for past performance. Owner/Upper Management placated, but did not do anything to rectify the situation at all.

Pros

Some of the people are nice. Great place to work if you like being treated like a child and having HR make up names for you.

Cons

I mistakenly convinced myself to accept an offer made to me by FFF Enterprises. Even though they were nickel and timing me over 4K, their benefits package i was told was standard, isnt. Its the absolute bare minimum. The CEO is uber religious and your told that not everyone is and they arent weird about. Also a lie. Told the culture was great with lots flexibility. I havent been so micromanaged in my career. If you're lucky enough to work at the NCDC office. Expect HR to watch your every move and manipulate things to intentionally make you look bad. They also spend most of their time in other people's offices talking to anyone about anything other than their actual work.

Weird Ethics

Pros

Some perks. The CEO can be generous on his own terms, but seems to lack an understanding of freelance work and operates with an old school mentality.

Cons

The display of Christian Republican conservativism. The company CEO donates to conservative politicians which made me question the ethics of the CEO. Lack of environmental consideration with the use of private jets, Acquiring more land than necessary for personal vanity whilst professing about Jesus. Siding with a racist political party that doesn't oppose an active genocide nor gun control. The CEO demanded an hours breakdown of freelance work, and when provided disagreed and said he was being taken advantage of. Did not offer to have a discussion where further explanation could be had. And when initially brought up, made me wait an entire week while I compiled my data immediately as I was told to defend my work.
