      Great Benefits including a likely yearly bonus

      Cons

      You work for a company for two and a half years. You take a department, build it from the ground up, create the SOPs and the very foundation of how the job is done and walk in one day and they say someone else can do it better. They scream loyalty and then do that. FFF will fail eventually with that model

      Company cares about employees A lot of flexibility time-wise Work from home / hybrid options Leadership is big on keeping workloads reasonable

      Cons

      Workload can’t always stay reasonable Very Christian — doesn’t affect day to day but if you’re not religious or belong to another religion I can see someone feeling strange around holidays

      Cons

      Pay doesn't compare to stress levels and job requirements, no transparency, high stress, work life balance needs work, expectations increase and change rapidly.
