      -Team is always rewarded for excellent performance! -Great benefits package and premiums are100% paid by FGF! -The owners are in touch with the entire team and treats everyone in a respectful manner. - FGF invests in training for all levels of Leadership!

      Cons

      NO downside- if you are willing to work you will be recognized!

      Progressive leadership that empowers its people

      Pros

      In all my years of executive coaching, this is one of the few progressive companies I have worked with that truly invests in its high-potentials' leadership development. They also have a talent management team that is incredible in aligning people with business strategies.

      Cons

      None come to my mind at this time. FGF leaders deal with whatever needs to be dealt with constructively.

      Pros

      -dynamic workplace environment -lots of opportunities to learn and grow - unlike other companies, FGF invests a lot in all kinds of training programs -management team is very supportive and open to discuss ideas/suggestions -good performance is always recognized & rewarded

      Cons

      -sometimes it can be tough to keep up with fast changes
