      -Nice people both in management and staff -Get delicious free food -Laid back work environment -Good compensation -Great work/life balance -Plenty of learning opportunities

      -Difficult to get a promotion -All the snacks made me chunky

      I learned a lot

      Pros

      I learned a lot working here. This was my first job and it was a good way for me to segue into the workforce. I left because I finally finished up my degree and no longer need to work as a machine operator, but it was good honest work and I would recommend it to other young guys.

      Cons

      Shifts are long and vary week to week.

      Poor management and overtime

      Wages were "good" and so were the benefits.

      They expect you to work extremely long hours while on a salary.
