      Pros

      Decent pay $15 day $17 night.

      Cons

      Mandatory OT, 6-7 days 12 hr shifts non-stop sometimes, poor leadership qualities, below average employee conduct training, some areas pf production and packing work you like a slave.

      Can’t really move up from being a machine operator.
