Great company culture....if you're conservative

Pros

Very flexible with parents juggling families; strong brand in Greenville. The people who work there are very nice.

Cons

a strong percentage of employees graduated from Bob Jones, and the company culture is very conservative and doesn't offer a lot of diversity. Expect company prayer before meals etc. If you don't profess Christianity, well intentioned colleagues may try to witness to you.

Pros

Professional atmosphere, Pleasant surroundings, nice, young, white people.

Cons

MUST be young (25 to 29 - 30's borderline - 40's forget it), Caucasian, handsome/pretty, trim, athletic, Type A, hair on fire, (intelligence/common sense or any type of meaningful experience is not required). It is ALL about appearance.

An amazing place to work

Pros

We get to change peoples' lives and company cultures every day and get paid to do it. How great is that? You also get to do it with a fantastic team. You hear "family" thrown around a lot these days, but you would be hard-pressed to find a company that embodies that more than FGP.

Cons

I don't view this as solely an FGP thing, but benefits could definitely be better. A lot of companies are experiencing the same thing. It's just the nature of the changing work place. Recruiting is also something that isn't a 9-5 job. You get flexibility, but if someone were to not like an irregular work schedule and/or long days then Recruiting isn't the career path for them whether it is at FGP or elsewhere.
