      Pros

      Many good colleagues. OK place for someone who enjoys recruiting, able to conform to management style and not rock the boat.

      Cons

      Leader talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk frequently. Prefers input from selected few, and ignores input they don't want to hear. Moderate turnover. Kind of place that isn't great, but isn't terrible in most cases either. Not much room for growth. Prefers people that agree with him, and most management slots are filled by long time people. Someone occasionally gets thrown under the bus.

      Small-time family feel, professional yet casual work environment. Risk takers are appreciated.

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity (fairly flat). Some inter-office politics. Industry dependent on others as our product/service is people.
