Pros
Pros are that there is generally good work life balance and the work can be interesting
Cons
Upper management seems completely cut off and detached from the real world and their employees. They seem to have no real commitment towards fully understanding diversity, equity, and inclusion and feel very performative. C Suite level executives rely on the unpaid labor of BIPOC and LGBTQ staff to teach the rest of the organization about DEI. They do not care about the development of their PAs and POs and pay them way under market rate. Transparency for upward mobility is practically non-existent and policies in place value years of experience over anything else. It doesn't matter how good of an employee you are, if you don't qualify for the their arbitrary years of experience standards you have virtually no option for raises or promotions.
