-Apparently really good retirement benefits -Large network globally -Good name recognition -Lots of talent and experts

Cons

-Junior staff are cliquey -Often a lack of direction from management staff -Weird, siloed atmosphere -Extremely bureaucratic with arduous checks and balances systems which often make internal candidates preferable to others since teaching people the system is time consuming -Lots of big personalities which can make working for specific departments unpleasant -Stereotypical corporate like culture (though many corporations have a friendlier culture)
