FHI360 can offer flexible work environment in terms of the working hours and deadlines are quite lax so there is usually no pressure to deliver quickly.
Cons
There is rampant nepotism/favoritism in the organization that is more based on who is "in" with the management as opposed to your abilities as a worker. If there are promotions in the organization, they seem to follow the same recipe. Management is ill equipped to manage as many lack the necessary skill set to be a manager due to possessing technical skills but no actual management training. Management does not care about workers and their careers as they are too busy worrying about theirs and trying to survive under a bully boss. The worst attributes must be extremely poor communication skills, lack of feedback, and an organization that is more prone to react to problems instead of being proactive in solving them.
