Pros

FHI 360 is the best organization I have worked for. Many positions are fully remote, I worked with a great team and supervisor, and they have great benefits.

Cons

I had no major issues while working there.

Cut staff and overworking those staying

Pros

Company had great benefits, pension (12%) and severance until they lost funding. Uncertain about what to say positive at this time. Furloughed staff were able to keep health benefits for a few months and partial severance.

Cons

No backup plan and overworking staff that is still there. Many looking for escape. Severance policy drastically revised and pension lowered to 1% leading to uncertain future. HR and Employee Services were overloaded, payroll and benefits lost staff and left co-workers scrambling for answers. Payments to vendors are lagging, and no real guidance is given.
